DANA was founded by Morgane Sweeney, a Franco-British communications director with more than fifteen years of experience across fashion, luxury, music and culture.
Her work sits at the intersection of public relations, brand communications and creative strategy — building narratives, visibility and relationships that extend beyond traditional industry boundaries.
Across agencies, Maisons and independent consulting, Morgane has led international PR strategies, 360° communications, launches, creative productions, events, media partnerships and VIP & talent relations across global markets.
Alongside fashion and luxury, her long-standing involvement within music — particularly the French rap and hip-hop scene — has shaped a genuine understanding of talent, image, cultural codes and emerging communities. That perspective is central to DANA: connecting ecosystems that do not always naturally speak to one another, and turning those connections into meaningful opportunities for brands.
